Terms of Use

1. The apps

These Terms apply to Metadata Photo, Unlock and Sakil Browser. The apps are utilities that operate on files, devices, networks and third-party services selected by the user.

2. Your files and backups

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before running file-organisation, metadata-writing, duplicate-removal or transfer operations. Review important results before permanently deleting originals or duplicates.

3. Third-party services

Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Tailscale, websites, streaming services, proxy providers and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Sakil Apps does not control those services and does not promise that a third-party service will remain compatible.

4. Browser and media use

Sakil Browser does not authorise copyright infringement, DRM circumvention or access to content you are not entitled to use. Media tools should be used only where the user has permission and where the website/service permits the requested operation.

5. Account and device security

You are responsible for keeping your devices, pairing codes, cloud accounts, proxy credentials and third-party accounts secure. Revoke access promptly if a device or account is lost or compromised.

6. Availability

Features can depend on Apple platform APIs, permissions, network conditions, third-party APIs and service policies. Functionality may change when those dependencies change.
